How do I care for it?

Can I wear it every day?

Are the stones real diamonds?

No. They are precision-cut cubic zirconia for diamond-like sparkle.

Will the gold color fade?

How do I find my ring size?

Do earrings come as a pair?

Yes, unless a product is clearly marked “single.”

Do you offer engraving or custom orders?

How does the 3-years money-back guarantee work ?

We offer a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covered: faulty clasps, broken solder points, stones falling due to setting issues, abnormal plating defects on arrival.

Not covered: normal wear, scratches, discoloration from cosmetics/chlorine, accidental damage, loss or theft.

How to claim: email support with your order number and photos. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the same item or a comparable one. If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund of the item price.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Processing 1–3 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping 3–7 business days.

Total estimate 4–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries.

How can I track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier's site to monitor the status of your delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order ?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.

What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered ?

If you're not at home when your package is delivered, the courier will leave a note with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where you can collect your package from a local depot. You can also arrange a redelivery through the courier's tracking page.
